摘  要:目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者(OSAHS)氧化应激状态与病情严重程度的相关性。方法选择多导睡眠图确诊的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者38例为实验组,根据睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最低血氧饱和度(SaO2min)将OSAHS患者分轻、中、重;并设正常对照22例。所有入选者次日清晨抽空腹静脉血。ELISA法监测血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH Px)水平。结果1.与对照组及轻度OSAHS患者比较,中、重度OSAHS患者SOD和GSH Px水平明显下降,MDA明显增加(P﹤0.05);2.相关分析显示:SOD、GSH Px水平与AHI呈负相关,与最低SaO2呈正相关(P﹤0.05);MDA水平与AHI呈正相关,与最低SaO2呈负相关(P﹤0.05)。结论 OSAHS患者体内存在氧化应激,且随着疾病严重程度而加重。Objective To study the correlation between oxidative stress and disease severity in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods 38 eases of OSAHS confirmed by polysenmography(PSG) were selected as experimental group and then divided into mild, moderate and severe group according to the level of AHI and SaO2 min. 22 healthy subjects were recruited as the controls. Fasting venous blood was collected in all the subjects next morning after recruitment. ELISA was used to determine the level, of malonaldehyols (MDA), supemxidedismutase (SOD), glutathioneperoxidase (GSH Px). Results 1. Compared with control group and mild OSAHS group, the level of SOD and GSH Px significantly decreased and the level of MDA increased in patients with moderate and severe OSAHS (P 〈 0.05 ). 2. The level of SOD and GSH Px was correlated negatively with AHI and positively with minimum oxygen saturation(P 〈 0.05). The level of MDA was correlated positively with AHI and negatively with minimum oxygen saturation( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions There is oxidative stress in patients with OSAHS, which increases with the severity of disease.
