摘 要:以皂角种子为研究材料,探讨了不同化学试剂处理和热水处理对皂角种子发芽率的影响。结果表明,硫酸处理和双氧水处理都能显著提高皂角种子发芽率,使皂角种子发芽率均达到40%以上,显著高于对照发芽率(10%),其中硫酸处理效果优于双氧水处理。同时,化学试剂的浓度和处理时间对皂角种子发芽率影响也较大,综合比较表明,皂角种子经60%硫酸处理45 min效果最好,其发芽率达到92%。另外,热水处理对皂角种子发芽率也具有一定的影响,而化学试剂处理后再进行热水处理对提高皂角种子的发芽率效果更好。The seed germination of Gleditsia Sinensis Lam. was studied with the different chemical agents and hot water in this study. Results showed that seed treated with sulphuric acid and oxyful has the higher germina- tion rate than that of the control, its average germination rate all reach to 40%, and sulphuric acid has the better effect than oxyful. It also found that the concentration and the treat time of chemical agent have the great influence on seed germination. On the comprehensive analysis, seed treated for 45 minutes with 60% H2SO4 has the highest germination rate, and its germination rate reach to 92%. In addition, the treatment of hot water has a certain effect on seed germination, and the combined treatment of chemical agents with hot water has the better effect on the seed germination of Gleditsia Sinensis Lam.
