基于PDCA管理循环提高血必净注射液临床合理应用

摘　　要：目的应用PDCA管理循环法促进血必净注射液合理应用。方法分析对比应用PDCA管理循环前后本院血必净注射液的使用量以及有适应症使用血必净注射液的病历、血必净注射液用法用量正确病历的百分比。结果通过3个PDCA管理循环干预后,本院血必净注射液的使用量从干预前的3 600支下降为干预后的2 213支,下降了约38.6%。在应用血必净注射液的病历中,严格根据适应症用药的比例从干预前的41%提高到了90%;用法用量正确的病历从干预前的74%提高到了100%。结论 PDCA管理循环法可促进血必净注射液等中药注射剂的临床合理应用。Objective To promote the optimal application of Xuebijing injection by PDCA cycle （plan, do, check, action）. Methods The application of Xuebijing injection was compared by amount, usage and indication before and PDCA cycle. Results Before the intervention, the application amount of Xuebijing injection was 3 600, and was 2 213 after the intervention （ reduced about 38.6% ）. The rate of rational application of Xuebijing injection was 41% before the applying PDCA cycle, whereas 90% after applying it. The correct usage rate of Xuebijing injection was 74% before the application of PDCA cycle, whereas 100% after using it. Conclusion PDCA cycle can be used to promote the appropriate application of Xuebijing injection.
