摘 要:目的研究临床药师对普外科医师经验性应用抗菌药物的干预效果。方法借助本院信息系统,从本院2012、2013年所有临床科室出院患者的病历中每月随机抽取50份,共计1 200份病历资料,作为干预组研究对象。并对2011年全部出院患者病历进行筛查,设定为对照组,统计各病区住院患者抗菌药物使用率。结果干预组患者抗菌药物的使用率明显低于对照组,2组比较有统计学意义(χ2=55.416 1,P=0.000 0)。干预组患者的用药合理率明显高于对照组高于对照组,2组比较有统计学意义(χ2=62.850 3,P=0.000 0)。结论临床药师对普外科医师经验性应用抗菌药物进行干预后,效果良好。Objective To study the effect of clinical pharmacists intervention on the empiric application of antimicrobial drug of general surgeons. Methods With the use of the hospital information systems, 50 copies per month were randomly selected from the medical records of patients discharged from the hospital clinical departments from 2012 and 2013. A total of 1 200 copies of medical records were studied as the intervention group. All the medical records of patients discharged from the hospital in 2011 were set as the control group. The antimicrobials application rates of all inpatient wards were analyzed. Results The antibiotics application rate of patients in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the 2 groups had statistically significance (X2 = 55. 416 1, P = 0. 000 0). The rational application rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group. The difference between the 2 groups had statistically significance (X2 = 62. 850 3, P = 0. 000 0). Conclusion The effect of clinical pharmacists intervention on empiric antimicrobials application of general surgeons is good.
