摘  要:在中小型铸造企业实施清洁生产过程中,提出了无费或低、中费和高费三个方案,并实施了低、中费清洁生产方案。实施效果表明,废气排放降低近80%,废砂降低了38%~40%,废渣降低20%~22%,粉尘降低30%~33%,能耗降低10%~15%,铸件合格率提高3%~5%。In small and medium foundry enterprises to implement cleaner production process, the three programs of no fee or low fee, fees and high fees were put forward, and the low fees and costs of cleaner production program was implemented. The implementation effects show that exhaust gas is reduced by nearly 80%, waste sand is reduced by 38% ~40%, waste dregs is reduced by 20% ~22%, powder dust reduced 30% ~33%, energy consumption is reduced by 10% ~15%, the qualified rate of the castings is increased by 3%~5%.
