摘　　要：消失模铸造工艺中,模具尺寸变化对铸件尺寸精度具有很大的影响。以桥梁支座铸件为研究对象,利用试验研究了模样材料、干燥时间、干燥温度对模样尺寸变化的影响,以及浇注负压对最终铸件尺寸精度的影响。该研究为消失模铸造工艺中铸件尺寸的控制提供了参考。In EPC process, the change of die size has a great effect on the dimensional accuracy of castings. Taking bridge bearing casting as research object, the effect of foam material, drying time, drying temperature on the appearance size changes was studied by tests, and the influence of negative pressure on final dimension accuracy of the castings was also studied. This study provides a reference for the control of the casting size in EPC process.
