摘 要:目的:研究唐山地区哮喘病患者与正常人群的指纹纹型分布。方法:随机抽样选择唐山居民作为正常对照组(180名),哮喘病患者作为哮喘病组(183名)。油墨法采集研究对象的指纹并对纹型进行分析。结果:哮喘病患者箕形纹(L)频率明显高于对照组,斗形纹(W)频率明显低于对照组。弓形纹(A)和反箕纹(L^r)多见于食指,正箕纹(L^u)多见于小指,W多见于环指。哮喘病患者双手十指同纹型的频率为16.39%。对应手指纹型组合频率为L/L(46.45%)>W/W(33.33%)>L/W(14.54%)>A/L(3.72%)>A/A(1.97%)。哮喘病患者对应手指同型组合频率81.75%高于对照组80.22%。结论:指纹纹型分布与哮喘病有一定的相关性。Objective: To research the differences in the fingerprint pattern distribution between normal population and asthma patients in Tangshan. Methods: Normal residents from Tangshan city were chosen by random sampling as a normal control group (n= 180). Asthma patients diagnosed by allergic reaction clinic of Tangshan Gongren Hospital were selected as an asthma group (n= 183). Their fingerprints were obtained with ink method and were analyzed. Results: Compared with those of the normal group, the frequencies of loop pattern in the asthma patients were higher than those of the normal people, but that of the whorl pattern was obviously lower. A and L^rwere mainly distributed in index finger, L^u in little finger, and W in ring finger. The frequency of same fingerprint pattern in all fingers of the asthma patients was 16.39%. The combination frequencies of fingerprint patterns in corresponding fingers were: L/L (46.45 %)〉W/W (33.33%)〉L/W(14.54%) 〉A/L (3.72%)〉 A/A (1.97%). The combination frequency of same fingerprint patterns on corresponding fingers in asthma patients was 81.75 %, which was higher than that of the control group (80. 22%). Conclusion: The distribution of fingerprint patterns has some relativity with asthma.
