摘 要:目的建立符合中医特色的慢性疲劳综合征动物模型。方法采用中医的形劳、神劳、房劳等复合因素刺激,建立慢性疲劳动物模型。对BALB/c小鼠应用游泳+夹尾+合笼等不同刺激,并对其一般状态和体重进行观察,通过肝糖原、血清乳酸、血清尿素氮等实验室指标检测,与游泳组进行比较。结果实验研究表明,模型组小鼠的慢性疲劳行为表现较明显;与正常组相比,模型组小鼠体重和肝糖原水平显著降低,血清乳酸和尿素氮水平显著升高。结论中医的形劳、神劳、房劳等复合因素刺激建立的慢性疲劳动物模型,其改变更接近人的慢性疲劳的临床表现,可以作为研究慢性疲劳综合征的动物模型。Objective To establish the animal model of chronic fatigue syndrome which comply with Chinese medicine characteristics. Methods The animal model of chronic fatigue syndrome was established by using the Chinese medicine complex stimulative factors such as physical fatigue, spiritual fatigue and sexual fatigue. The BALB/c mice were given the swimming combined with clipping tails and putting male and female into one cage different stimulation, and were compared with the swimming group in the observation of general condition and weight, and the detection of laboratory parameters such as hepatic glycogen, serum lactate, serum urea nitrogen. Results The experimental data shows that the chronic fatigue behavior of mice in the model group was more obvious;And compared with the normal group, the body weight and hepatic glycogen levels of mice in the model group decreased significantly, serum lactate and urea nitrogen levels increased significantly. Conclusion The change of animal model of chronic fatigue syndrome, which is established by using the Chinese medicine complex stimulative factors such as physical fatigue, spiritual fatigue and sexual fatigue, is more closer to the clinical manifestations of human's chronic fatigue syndrome, and it can be the animal model for the research of chronic fatigue syndrome.
