低温等离子消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨低温等离子消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2010年10月～2012年12月诊治的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者144例的临床资料，根据治疗方案分为两组，72例患者行下鼻甲骨折外移加下鼻甲部分切除术治疗为对照组，72例患者行低温等离子消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移治疗为观察组，比较两组患者的临床指征、治疗效果、并发症情况。结果观察组患者术中出血量、术后鼻腔疼痛时间、下鼻甲肿胀时间、视觉模拟评分均明显小于对照组，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论低温等离子消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移可明显改善慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者的临床病症，并发症少且安全性高，值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate clinical effect of low temperature plasma ablation and lateral fracture in treatment for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods 144 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were selected in hospital from October 2010 to December 2012. According to treatment plan, patients were divided into two groups.72 patients treated lateral fracture and partial inferior turbinectomy as control group. 72 patients treated low temperature plasma ablation and lateral fracture as observation group. Clinical indications, treatment effect,complications were compared between two groups. Results Intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative nasal pain time,inferior turbinate swelling time,visual analogue score in observation group were significantly less than control group. Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group. Incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than control group.Differences were statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion Low temperature plasma ablation and lateral fracture can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis,which has few complications and high safety.That is worthy of clinical application.
