摘  要:目的观察高强度聚焦超声(high intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)联用超声造影剂(ultrasound contrast agent,UCA)辐照细粒棘球蚴包囊后囊壁的损伤情况。方法 15个直径为30mm左右的包囊随机分为3组:对照组,接受超声假照;单纯HIFU组,接受100W HIFU辐照;HIFU+UCA组,注入0.1mL UCA后进行HIFU辐照。辐照后观察超声图像的灰度变化和囊壁的肉眼变化,并取囊壁组织制作病理切片、扫描电镜切片和透射电镜切片,观察其病理改变。结果 100 W HIFU辐照可破坏囊壁的部分生发层和角质层;加入UCA后进行100W HIFU辐照,生发层几乎无残留,角质层也遭到更严重的破坏。结论 UCA能增强HIFU对离体细粒棘球蚴囊壁的破坏作用。The destructive effects of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) combined with ultrasound contrast agent (UCA) on hydatid cyst wall of Echinococcus granulosus in vitro was evaluated in this study to obtain a better method of HIFU which would be used to ablate the cysts. Fifteen fresh cysts were divided into 3 groups and every group was received following treatments respectively: Group A (blank control) without HIFU treatment~ Group ]3 treated with HIFU only; Group C treated with 0.1 mL UCA and HIFU. During the irradiation of HIFU, the changes of ultrasonic gray scale of the cysts arid the macro- scopic observation of cyst walls were taken, the pathological, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microsco- py of cyst walls were taken as well. It was found that HIFU could destroy laminated layer and germinal layer of cyst walls, but there was at a certain extent residual of germinal layer. Complete destruction or even disappearance of laminated layer and ger- minal layer was observed in the cysts treated by HIFU combined with UCA. These results suggested that UCA could enhance the destructive effects of HIFU on hydatid cyst walls in vitro.
