摘  要:制备了稀土镧元素改性的Fe78Si9B13非晶薄带,研究了镧含量和退火温度对薄带磁感应效应和磁感应效应变化幅度的影响。结果表明:当磁场强度小于1 356A·m-1时,薄带的磁感应效应随着稀土元素含量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,当磁场强度大于1 356A·m-1时,稀土元素含量对磁感应效应的影响不大;磁感应效应变化幅度随着稀土元素含量的增加呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,当稀土镧质量分数为0.6%时最大;非晶薄带的磁感应效应变化幅度随着退火温度的升高呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,当退火温度为300℃时最大。The rare-earth element La modified amorphous ribbon was prepared by doping rare-earth La in Fe78Si9B13 amorphous alloy. The influences of rare-earth content and annealing temperature on the magnetic induction effect and its amplitude were investigated. The results show that the magnetic induction effect first increased and then decreased with the increase of rare-earth content when the magnetic field strength was less than 1 356 A · m-1 , but the rare-earth content had little influence when the magnetic field strength was greater than 1 356 A· m-1. The changing amplitude of magnetic induction effect showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with rare-earth content increasing, and had the maximum at 0. 6 wt%. With the increase of annealing temperature, the changing amplitude of magnetic induction effect first increased and then decreased, and had the maximum at the annealing temperature of 300℃.
