摘 要:采用电化学测试、扫描电镜观察、能谱分析等方法,研究了X100管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中浸泡6,10,30,50d后的腐蚀行为。结果表明:随着X100管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中浸泡时间的延长,腐蚀速率先增大后减小,腐蚀趋势逐渐增大;浸泡10~30d内以全面腐蚀为主,超过30d以后逐渐转为以点蚀为主;腐蚀产物主要为铁的氧化物及微量硫化物,土壤中的氯离子是引起点蚀的主要因素。Electrochemical testing, scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation, energy spectrum analysis were used to study the corrosion behavior of X100 pipeline steel after it was immersing in Korla soil simulated solution for 6, 10, 30, 50 d. The results show that, with the increase of X100 pipeline steel being immersing in Korla soil simulated solution, corrosion rate first increased and then decreased, and the corrosion tendency gradually increased. The general corrosion was main after the steel was immersing for 10--30 days, and gradually transformed into mainly pitting after the steel was immersing for over 30 days. The corrosion products were mainly iron oxides and infini.tesimal sulphides, and chloride ion in soil was the dominant factor causing pitting.
