摘 要:WELDOX960作为新一代低合金高强钢,广泛应用于工程机械等重载领域。本文采用混合气体保护焊对WELDOX960钢进行多层多道焊接。打底焊是多层多道焊接中最重要的工艺过程,对接头性能有着重要影响。分别用ER50-6焊丝及Tunion GM120焊丝打底制备了二组焊接试样,对焊接接头的拉伸及冲击性能进行了测试,对接头的显微组织及冲击断口形貌进行了观察分析。结果表明,两种打底焊接头抗拉强度均能满足使用要求,ER50-6焊丝打底的焊接接头韧性明显高于Tunion GM120焊丝打底的接头,断口形貌呈现韧窝特征。As one of the newly developed high strength low alloy structural steel, WELDOX960 was widely applied in the field of construction machinery. WELDOX960 was welded by MAG welding. Two kinds of the samples were prepared by using ER50-6 and Tunion GM120 as backing welding wires, respectively. Backing weld is the most significant procedure in the multi-layer and multi-pass welding, which can exhibit important impacts on the welded joint. Alter welding, the tensile test and hardness test of the welded joint were carried out to study the weldability, and the microstructure and fractography of the welded joint were investigated by optical microscopy and SEM. The results show that the tensile strength of the two kinds of samples can meet the requirement. The toughness of the welded joint using ER50-6 as backing welding wire is significantly higher than that of the welded joint using Tunion GM120 as backing welding wire, and the characteristic of the fracture appearance is dimple.
