摘 要:在开放环境下,使用氩气保护,对Q235和6061铝合金异种金属的瞬时液相扩散连接工艺与组织进行了研究。采用Al-Si-Cu-Zn箔中间层,压力4 MPa。研究表明,釆用瞬时液相扩散连接工艺可以实现钢/铝异种金属的焊接,在590℃等温5 min获得了结合良好的接头,接头剪切强度为22 MPa,没有钎焊时容易出现的金属间化合物。The steel/aluminum dissimilar metal was welded by transient liquid-phase bonding process using A1-Si-Cu-Zn filler in argon atmosphere under bonding pressure of 4 MPa. The micmstructure and mechanical properties of the transient liquid-phase bonding joint was analyzed by changing bonding temperature. The steel/aluminum dissimilar metal joint was carried out by TLP bonding process. The results show that the micmstructure and properties of TLP bonding joint are best with the bonded temperature at 590℃ and heated for 5 min. The shear strength of the welded joint is 22 MPa. The intermetallic compound which often appears in brazing does not appear in transient liquid-phase diffusion bonding.
