摘  要:目的探讨乳香提取物对小鼠皮肤光老化的改善作用。方法用8-甲氧沙林溶液(8-MOP)联合长波紫外线制备小鼠皮肤光老化模型,造模后用配制好的0.5%、1%、2%的乳香提取物溶液治疗小鼠皮肤光老化,用药30 d后取皮肤组织并做常规HE染色,应用醛品红法染色检测弹性纤维,并分别用WST-1法和TBA法检测血清中SOD的活力和MDA的含量。结果同空白组相比,模型组的小鼠皮肤肉眼可见干燥,局部变硬,粗糙肥厚,出现比较明显的横向皱纹等光老化特征;病理切片可观察到真皮弹性纤维变性。0.5%、1%、2%乳香提取物组均可提高SOD活性(P<0.05),降低MDA含量(P<0.05),其中1%乳香提取物组的效果最为明显。结论乳香提取物对皮肤光老化具有改善作用。Objective To determine the photoprotective role of topically applied boswellin extract in the prevention or amelioration of cutaneous changes of photoaging in mice. Methods A photoaging skin model was induced by UVA irradiation plus with tropical 8- Methoxsalen (8-MOP) solution on mice skin. 0.5%, 1% ,2% boswellin extract were daily topical used respectively on different model skin area for 30 days. Biopies were taken for pathologic studies include HE and Gomrori's aldehyde-fuchsin stain. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) quantitant of peripheral blood were simultaneous detected with WST-1 and TBA methods. Results Boswellin-treated mice showed significant reduction of skinfold thickness than those observed in boswellin-untreated controls. Additionally, boswellin-treated mice showed a significantly lower degree of histologic parameters of photoaging damage, including dermal elastosis, compared with positive control mice. Boswellin treatment could also showed the serum increased activity of SOD, and decreased content of MDA. 1% Boswellin extract showed the most effective effect. Conclusion Boswellin extract treatment might be helped to ameliorate photoaging skin.
