双向吸引VSD治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良双向真空封闭吸引(VSD)在糖尿病足溃疡治疗中的应用及效果。方法:对住院糖尿病足溃疡患者33例,以双向VSD进行处理,灌洗后保持创面湿性环境,对照组33例以传统单向VSD覆盖处理,比较两组的等待植皮天数、VSD使用频次、住院天数及费用。结果:双向VSD组治愈率明显高于对照组,住院天数、费用均低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:双向吸引VSD具有疗效迅速,使用频次少,感染控制好,肉芽生长快,植皮易成活等特点,可缩短住院时间,减轻患者的心理负担,同时节省医疗成本。Objective：To explore the application and efficacy of modified bidirection vacuum sealing drain- age （VSD） in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods：Thirty--three cases of diabetic foot ulcer were treated by bidirection VSD and irrigation to keep the moist circumstance, and 33 patients treated with tradi- tional one--way VSD served as control group. The waiting time for skingrafting, the VSD usage status, hospital days and cost of hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results： Compared with the control group, the cure rate in bidirection VSD group was obviously higher, and the hospital days and hospitalization cost were decreased significantly （P^0.05）. Conclusion： The bidirection VSD is an effec- tive method for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer, with the advantages of shorter time of VSD usage, better infection control, faster granulation growth and easier graft survival, which could shorten the length of hospital stay, release the psychological burden and save the medical cost.
