摘　　要：目的:介绍脐旁岛状皮瓣修复髂腹部游离供瓣区封闭方法及临床应用。方法:临床12例患者,髂腹部游离皮瓣切取后,供瓣区难以直接缝合,采用邻近的脐旁岛状皮瓣修复封闭创面。结果:术后脐旁岛状皮瓣成活良好,切口一期愈合。结论:采用本方法腹部外观及功能恢复良好,部分肚脐轻微牵拉,后期疤痕轻。Objective：To introduce the repair procedure of wound defect in the iliac abdominal free flap donor area with paraumbilical island flaps. Methods： In 12 patients, the iliae abdominal donor area wounds were difficult to be closed directly by suture after free flap establishment, and then were repaired with adjacent paraumbilical island flaps. Results： The paraumbilical island flaps survived well, and the repaired wounds obtained primary healing. Conclusion： After surgery, both the abdominal appearance and the flap functions are satisfactory with slight scars, the umbilicus may be tensed in some patients.
