摘　　要：目的:分析白细胞介素-23受体(Interleukin-23 receptor,IL-23R)rs17375018、rs11805303位点广西人群单核苷酸多态性。方法:对251例研究对象采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism,PCR-RFLP)技术并结合HapMap中其他地区、人种多态性数据分析IL-23R基因单核甘酸多态性。结果:rs17375018位点基因型频率为:GG型37.5%,AG型45.8%和AA型16.7%,其多态性频率分布与北京、美国犹他州、尼日利亚人群均有差异(P<0.05),与东京人群分布无差异(P>0.05)。rs1180530位点则为CC型24.7%、TC型47.8%和TT型27.5%,其多态性频率分布与美国犹他州、尼日利亚人群有差异(P<0.05),与北京及东京人群无差异(P>0.05)。结论:rs17375018位点多态性频率分布与北京、美国犹他州、尼日利亚人群及rs11805303位点多态性频率分布与美国犹他州、尼日利亚人群均有差异。Objective ：To study the frequencies of allele and genotype distribution of IL -23R gene single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） in Guangxi population. Method ：The IL - 23R gene two loci （ rs17375018, rs11805303 ） polymorphisms were examined by the PCR - RFLP assay in 251 Guangxi population. Result： The frequencies of genotype distribution of IL -23R gene were rs17375018 （GG 37.5% ,AG 45, 8% and AA 16.7% ）and rs11805303 （CC 24.7% ,TC 47. 8% and TT 27. 5% ）. The frequencies of polymorphism distri- bution of IL - 23R gene rs17375018 were significant difference from that of HapMap - CHB, HapMap - CEU or HapMap - YRI population respectively（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The frequencies of polymorphism distribution of IL -23R gene rs11805303 were also significant difference from that of HapMap -CEU or HapMap -YRI population respectively（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Coneluslon：The frequencies of polymorphism distribution of IL- 23R gene rs17375018 were significant difference compared with HapMap- YRI, HapMap- CEU, HapMap- CHB population and the frequencies of polymorphism distribution of IL -23R gene rs11805303 were also significant difference from that of HapMap -YRI or Hap- Map - CEU population.
