摘  要:目的 :探讨氦 氖 (He Ne)激光照射对机体免疫功能的影响。方法 :将小鼠随机分成 4组 ,I组为对照组 ,II~IV组为He Ne激光照射的不同时间组 ,采用a 荼酚醋酸酯法显示非特异性酯酶 ,并用图像分析系统对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞内非特异性酯酶作定量分析。结果 :各照射组的三种免疫细胞内非特异性酯酶的各项指标均较对照组差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,各照射组之间比较 ,差异也均有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :He Ne激光可激活三种免疫细胞 ,增强机体免疫力。Objective: To study He-Ne laser stimulating immunity of organism. Methods: Mice were divided into 4 groups at random. Group II-IV mice were radiated with He-Ne laser at different time on Shenque acupoint. The non-specific esterase in macrophages, lymphocytes and neutrophiles after stained with a-naphthyl acetate were measured by image analysis. Results: The 4 indexes: number of non-specific esterase granule, area of granule, ratio of granule area to cell area and granule integral optical density of He-Ne laser irradiated groups were higher than that of control group(P<0.01), comparison between different irradiated groups also showed significant changes(P<0.01). Conclusion: He-Ne laser may asctivate the 3 immunocytes and raise organic immunity.
