城乡发展一体化与福州全面建成小康社会研究

摘　　要：福州是海峡西岸经济区的省会城市,改革开放后经济社会发展成效显著,城乡面貌呈现可喜变化。但目前全市农村仍然是经济社会发展最薄弱的环节,存在农村发展滞后、城乡差距明显等问题,制约了全面建成小康社会进程。建立健全城乡发展一体化机制,是实现福州全面建成小康社会目标的重要保证,需要从福州经济社会发展实际出发,研究和探索在推动城乡发展一体化中全面建成小康社会的对策。Fuzhou is the capital city of the West Strait Economic Zone. After the reform and opening up, economic and social development has significant effects, urban and rural areas have remarkable changes. But the countryside is still the weakest link of economic and social development, the problems, such as ru- ral development lag and the clear gap between urban and rural areas, etc. are significant. That restricted the comprehensive building well-off society. Establish and improve the mechanism of integration of urban and rural development, is the important guarantee to realize the objective of building a fully completed well- off society in Fuzhou. From Fuzhou＇s economic and social development reality, the paper studies and ex- plores the countermeasure to promote the well - off society comprehensively in the integration of urban and rural development.
