摘 要:民机舱门的锁定功能对民机飞行的安全性和可靠性起到非常重要的作用。将民机舱门锁定机构的过中心锁定可靠性安全边界方程转化为无约束的优化问题,来求解舱门过中心锁定可靠性指标。提出了一种改进的布谷鸟算法,以提高基本布谷鸟算法的收敛速度和计算精度,并将算法引入到民机舱门过中心锁定可靠性分析中。研究结果表明,在对民机舱门过中心锁定可靠性分析过程中,所提出的改进的布谷鸟算法与蒙特卡洛法、遗传算法相比,计算精度与计算效率都有显著提高。Locking function of the civil aircraft door plays a significant role in safety and reliability during flight. In order to solve the reliability index of over- center locking, the mechanism's over- center locking safety margin equation of civil aircraft door is transformed into an unconstrained optimization problem. And an improved cuckoo search algorithm is presented to improve the basic cuckoo search algorithm's convergence speed and accuracy. Then, the proposed algorithm is introduced into the over- center locking reliability analysis. The results show that the calculation accuracy and computational efficiency of the pro- posed algorithm has improved significantly compared with Monte Carlo method, genetic algorithm in the process of the civil aircraft door over- center locking reliability analysis.
