摘 要:目的 家兔血液比热是热稀释法测量家兔心输出量的重要修正系数 .方法 根据牛顿冷却定律 ,采用同一容器盛装兔血或水 ,若两者温度与体积都基本相同 ,则水与兔血的散热规律基本相同 ,水的比热已知 ,便可求出兔血的比热 ;又利用同一系统测得标准 10 0 g· L- 1 Na Cl溶液的比热值 ,求得测量系统误差 ,对所测兔血比热进行修正 .结果 对测得的多组兔血比热数据进行合理筛选后 ,得到新鲜兔血测量值 :0 .886± 0 .0 2 2 ,经误差修正得到家兔血液比热 :0 .849±0 .0 2 2 ;陈旧兔血测量值 :1.0 2 0± 0 .0 2 1,经误差修正后 :0 .997± 0 .0 2 1.结论 冷却法测定家兔血液比热方法可靠 ,数据处理合理 。AIM To determine specific heat of rabbit blood for calculating cardiac output of rabbits by thermodilution. METHODS According to Newton's law of cooling, specific heat of rabbit blood was measured from that of water, by comparing the speed of temperature change of them measured respectively in the same system. The measured specific heat of rabbit blood was corrected with systematic error of specific heat of 100 g·L -1 NaCl solution measured in the same system. RESULTS Specific heat of fresh whole blood of rabbits was 0.886±0.022; After correction, 0.849±0.022; Blood after being stored, the specific heat changed, 1.020±0.021, and 0.997 ±0.021 after correction. CONCLUSION Corrected specific heat value of fresh blood is more reasonable, and the calculated cardiac output might be more accurate.
