摘 要:采用改性剂色媒体改性棉织物,通过分析改性剂色媒体用量、染色温度、染色时间、染色浴比等工艺参数对染色效果的影响,优化改性棉织物直接染料无盐浸染染色工艺,并对织物改性前后的染色效果进行对比。当染料用量为1%(o.w.f)时,试验得出的优化工艺条件为:改性剂用量3%(o.w.f),染色温度90℃,染色时间50min,染色浴比1∶30。对比实验的结果表明,棉织物改性后直接染料浸染染色的K/S值有所提高,耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度等级与传统工艺基本一致,可实现直接染料无盐浸染染色;Cationic modifier Color Media was applied in modification of cotton fabric, and then the influences of process conditions such as modifier dosage, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and dyeing liquor ratio on dyeing modified cotton fabric were analyzed. The dyeing effect of modified cotton fabric and unmodified cotton fabric were compared. The process of salt-free direct dye dip dyeing of modified cotton fabric was optimized, and the optimal process conditions were as follows:modifier dosage 3%(o.w.f), dyeing temperature 90℃dyeing time 50 min and dyeing liquor ratio 1∶30, when the dosage of direct dye was 1%(o.w.f). The results indicated that cotton fabric modified with Color Media featured high K/S value, similar washing and rubbing fastness to those of traditional dyeing, and the salt-free dip dyeing was viable and practical.
