摘 要:根据三通全扩散/收缩流管的结构形式,设计了一种无阀压电泵——变截面"Y"型流管无阀压电泵。首先,分析了变截面"Y"型流管无阀压电泵的工作原理;然后,对变截面"Y"型流管流阻和泵流量进行理论分析,对变截面"Y"型流管进行模拟,得到流管正反向压强损失系数;最后,制作变截面"Y"型流管无阀压电泵样机,并进行流量试验。试验表明:当驱动电压为100V、驱动频率为12.4Hz时,流量达到最大,为25.7ml/min;使用定频12.4Hz改变电压,当电压为200V时,最大流量达到41.6ml/min。该组试验证明了变截面"Y"型流管无阀压电泵的有效性。A valveless piezoelectric pump with variable cross section Y-shape tubes is developed based on the structure of the three-way diffuser/nozzle tube.Firstly,the working principle of valveless piezoelectric pump with variable cross section Y-shape tubes is analyzed.Then,the theoretical analysis is applied on pressure loss coefficient of the variable cross section Y-shape tube and flow rate of the pump.Meanwhile,the commercial finite element software CFX is employed to simulate the flow filed of the tube to obtain pressure loss coefficient along positive and negative direction of the tube.Finally,this valveless piezoelectric pump is fabricated,and the relationship between the flow rate and driving frequency,as well as the relationship between the flow rate and the driving voltage are experimentally investigated.The experimental results show that the maximum flow rate is 25.7mL/min with driving frequency 12.4Hz(100V),and the maximum flow is 41.6mL/min under 200V(12.4Hz)power supply.The experimental results validate the feasibility of the valveless piezoelectric pump with variable cross section Y-shape tubes.
