摘 要:针对高性能飞行器实验模型结构的翼面形态感知与重构技术要求,提出一种基于光纤光栅传感器阵列的翼型结构形态实时检测与可视化重构方法。首先,在分析光纤光栅结构曲率检测技术的基础上,进行基于分布式曲率感知信息的翼面结构形态实时重构算法研究;其次,针对实验模型结构振动响应特性与有限元分析结果,研究分布式光纤光栅传感器阵列优化布置方案;最后,构建飞行器模型结构实验平台与开发可视化软件环境,进行翼面结构静态形变与振动形态实时感知与重构实验分析与验证。结果表明,实验模型翼面结构形态实时感知与重构效果良好,较精确地反映了结构静态形变与振动形态的变化,验证了所提非视觉结构形态检测方法与技术的可行性与有效性。Aiming at the problem of shape perception and reconstruction of wing structure of high-performance aircraft experiment model,a method for real-time wing shape detection and visualization reconstruction based on fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor array is proposed.Firstly,on the basis of analysis of curvature detection technology of FBG sensor,the research of reconstruction algorithm for wing shape based on distributed curvature is carried out.Secondly,according to response characteristics and finite element analysis results of experiment model,the scheme of optimal layout of distributed FBG sensor array is studied.Finally,the aircraft experiment model platform is constructed and the visualization software environment is developed.The experimental analysis and verification of static bending,as well as real-time vibration shape perception and reconstruction of the wing structure,are carried out.The results show that the effect of real-time shape perception and reconstruction is good,and the change of static bending and realtime vibration shape is much more accurate.Furthermore,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method and technology of non-vision detection of structure shape is verified.
