摘  要:目的 比较6种成分在中国南方不同产地、不同季节、不同部位三叉苦样品中的分布情况.方法 样品用甲醇回流提取,采用HPLC法测定,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为246、330、285 nm.结果 6种成分分离度良好,检测限低,在线性范围内各成分均呈良好的线性关系,r >0.9997,平均回收率为97.84%~ 100.61%,RSD为1.12%~3.89%.结论 来自9个产地的32个不同季节、不同部位样品中,6种成分的含有量差异很大,相对而言吴茱萸春的分布最广,在云南景谷和金平产三叉苦中含有量较高,特别是叶,其他依次为7-去甲基软木花椒素和3-异戊烯基伞形花内酯,3,7-二甲氧基山柰酚和3,7,3′-三甲氧基槲皮素,芝麻素仅分布在云南西双版纳产三叉苦叶中.AIM To compare six constituents in Evodia lepta from different habitats, different harverst time and different parts in south China. METHODS HPLC method for six constituents was established with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution manner. The detection wave- length were set up at 246, 330, 285 nm. RESULTS The six constituents were well separated , and showed a good linearity, r = 0. 999 7 - 0. 999 8. The average recovery was in the ranges of 97.84% - 100. 61% , RSD 1.12% -3.89% . CONCLUSION The content of all the six constituents showed significant difference in the 32 samples of Evodia lepta from nine habitats. Among these six constituents, evolitrine is the most widely distributed, relatively high in particular in the leaves from Jinggu and Jinping districts. , 7-demethylsuberosin and 3- (3-meth- yl-but-2-enyl) umbelliferone in turn, kamatakenin and pachypodol the third. Sesamin is only detected in the leaves of Evodia lepta from Xishuangbanna.
