摘　　要：在前人研究的基础上提出了包含质量控制、成本控制、生产能力等7个方面指标的汽车零部件供应商评价指标体系。通过分析和比较不同供应商评价方法的优势与不足,提出了网络层次分析法(ANP)与偏好顺序结构评估法(PROMETHEE)相结合的汽车零部件供应商评价排序方法,详细阐述了该方法的计算步骤,并应用该方法进行了算例分析。结果表明,该方法灵活可靠,具有可操作性和实用性,可为汽车零部件供应商的评价和选择提供参考。An evaluation index system of automotive suppliers was presented. It included seven aspects of indicators such as quality control, cost control, production capacity etc. An evaluation method combining Analytic Network Process （ANP） and the Structural Order Preference Assessment Method （PROMETHEE） was proposed for automotive component suppliers by analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation methods. The calculation steps were described in detail. And a numerical application example of the method was given at last. Results show that the method is feasible and practical. It provides reference for evaluation on automotive supplier.
