摘　　要：从综合实力、决策能力、策划能力、控制能力、沟通协调能力和管理创新能力6个维度构建了代建单位项目管理能力评价指标体系,建立了基于模糊综合评判方法的评价模型,并对评价模型进行应用和检验。研究结果表明,该模型能够合理反映代建单位的实际项目管理能力水平,且具有可操作性。The evaluation index system about the project management competences of the vicarious management corporation was established from six dimensions including comprehensive strength, decision -making ability, planning ability, control abili- ty, communication and coordination ability, and management innovation ability. And the evaluation model was established based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation model was then applied and inspected. The research result shows that the model can reasonably reflect the actual project management competence of the vicarious management corporation, and can be used easily.
