摘　　要：借鉴体系结构多视图/视角的描述,通过对技术标准视图进一步分析,提出了一种综合电子信息系统技术体制描述框架,规范了技术体制描述内容和方式,并在描述框架基础上给出了技术体制描述过程,为技术体制论证提供理论与技术支持。The technical system description framework for the command, control, communica- tion, and computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance （C4ISR） system is proposed by referencing multiple views of U. S. department of defense （DoD） architecture framework 2.0 and analyzing the technical standard view. The proposed description framework defines the contents and forms for the technical system description, and presents description procedures for the tech- nical system, thus providing a theoretical and technical support to the technical system research.
