摘　　要：本文从机构知识库数字资源的生命周期入手,提炼出资源的产生、资源的采集、资源的保存、资源的元数据操作、资源的访问、资源的存储、资源的效用等七个阶段生命周期,并综合考虑资源生命周期和技术、人力、宣传、资源录入等成本要素构成一个全方位的机构知识库成本模型。To start with the lifecycle of digital resources in the institutional repositories,this paper abstracts the seven stages of lifecycle which are re lated to resources production, collection, preservation, access, storage and utility, taking into account the cost elements such as the lifecycle of re- sources, technology, human labor, publicity and remurces rewords,it will help constitute an omnibus institutional repositories.
