摘　　要：平衡记分卡理论用于图书馆绩效评估的价值正在引起国际图书馆界的关注。本文概述了平衡记分卡的应用原理,介绍了有关国际组织、国外图书馆对平衡记分卡研究与实践的部分情况,着重探讨了平衡记分卡在图书馆绩效评估中的维度和指标转换问题,分析了应避免出现的若干误区。The balanced scorecard theoretical value for the library performance evaluation is causing the concern of the international library community. This paper analyses the application principle of the balanced scorecard, and introduces the research and practice situation of balanced scorecard in the relevant international organizations and foreign libraries, and studies the dimension and index conversion of balanced scorecard in library performance e valuation. And it analyses the misunderstandings should be avoided.
