摘 要:青岛灵山岛300 m3/d海水淡化工程采用了国产超滤膜、反渗透膜和能量回收装置,整套装置国产化率高。介绍了该工程的工艺流程、设备选型、系统调试和整体运行状况,验证了国产设备在海水淡化中的性能参数。结果表明:该装置产水量优于设计值,超滤出水浊度为0.05NTU,反渗透膜实际脱盐率≥99.3%,能量回收装置的能量转换效率≥94.2%,电耗<3.0 kW·h/m3。The Lingshan Island seawater desalination project with capacity of 300 m3/d adopts do- mestic equipment such as UF membrane, RO membrane and energy recovery unit. The technological process, equipment selection, commissioning and operation of the project were introduced. The perform- ance parameters of domestic equipment in seawater desalination were verified. The output of this RO sys- tem was higher than the design value. The turbidity of the product water was about 0.05 NTU. The salt rejection of the RO membrane was more than or equal to 99.3%. The efficiency of the energy recovery u- nit was more than or equal to 94.2%. The energy consumption was less than 3.0 kW · h/m3.
