摘  要:Alzheimer病(AD)属于渐进性中枢神经系统退变性疾病,严重威胁老年人健康,其确诊主要依据死后病理检查。正电子发射断层(PET)显像技术在临床的广泛应用,为活体内早期无创性显像诊断AD提供有效途径,而PET显像的成功主要依赖于优良的正电子显像药物。近年来研制的应用于AD的PET显像剂大致有糖代谢类、β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)结合类、tau蛋白结合类、神经递质及受体类、小胶质细胞活化的神经炎症类及细胞凋亡类。本文对近年来应用于AD的PET显像剂的研究进展进行了综述。central ne nosis is m Alzheimer's disease (AD) is unknown cause progre rvous system. PET traces for glucose metabolic, PET nplaques, tau es for cell apo can be used in the protein, ptosis, T early dia neurotransmitter and receptor, he research progress of various gnosis and differential diagnosison AD in recent years.
