摘　　要：目的：建立同时测定复方维A酸乳膏中尿囊素、维A酸、异维A酸和维生素E含量的方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ODS Syncronis C18流动相为甲醇-水-0．5％冰醋酸（梯度洗脱，采用不同的流速和检测波长），进样量为20μl，柱温为35℃。结果：尿囊素、维A酸、异维A酸、维生素E的检测质量浓度分别在125-2000、12．5-200、6．25～100、250～4000μg／ml范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998、0．9999、0．9998、0．9999）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤0．88％；平均加样回收率分别为99．5％、97．6％、99．8％、99．0％，RSD分别为0．24％、0．97％、0．18％、0．72％（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、快速、准确，适用于同时测定复方维A酸乳膏中尿囊素、维A酸、异维A酸和维生素E的含量。OBJECTIVE： To develop a method for simultaneous determination of allatoin, tretinion, isomerization A acid and vitamin E in Compound tretinion cream. METHODS： RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on ODS Syncronis C, column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-0.5% glacial acetic acid （gradient elution at different flow rates and detection wavelength）; sample size was 20 ul and column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULTS： The linear ranges were 125-2 000 ug/ml for allantoin （r=0.999 8）, 12.5-200 μg/ml for tretinoin （r=0.999 9）, 6.25-100 μg/ml for isomerization A acid （r=0.999 8） and 250-4 000 μg/ml for vitamin E （r=0.999 9）. RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 0.88%. Average recoveries were 99.5% （RSD=0.24%, n=6）, 97.6% （RSD=0.97%, n=6）, 99.8% （RSD=0.18%, n= 6） and 99.0% （RSD=0.72%, n=6）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the content determination of allatoin, tretinion, isomerization A acid and vitamin E in Compound tretinion cream.
