摘 要:公共卫生教育在我国已经有50多年的历史,但人才培养模式陈旧、课程设置与社会需求脱节、教学方法单一、实践教学训练少,已不适应现代公共卫生体系建设对高素质公共卫生专业人才的需求。美国已有一个被全球公认有效的公共卫生教育体系。我国应在公共卫生教育理念、培养方案、课程设置、教学内容、教学方法、教学管理、监督评价和质量控制等方面进行必要的研究与改革,以培养高素质公共卫生创新人才为目标,提高学生的知识水平、学习能力、实践能力、创新能力、沟通能力、应急能力和社会责任感,努力探索出我国公共卫生人才培养新模式,更好地为国家的经济建设、社会发展和卫生事业服务。Public health education has been implemented in China for more than 50 years. However, outdated training models, im- practical curriculum design, uniform teaching approach, and lack of practice-based teaching of the education can no longer meet the demand of the modem public health system for high-quality public health professionals. The United States has an internationally recognized public health education system. Therefore, necessary studies and reforms on the public health education in China should include the concept of education, training programs, curriculum design, teaching content, teaching approach, teaching management, supervision and evaluation, and quality control. By aiming to incubate high-quality innovative talents for public health, the educa- tion needs to focus on improving the level of knowledge, abilities in learning, implementation, innovation, communication, and e- mergency response, as well as the sense of social responsibility of the students, and on exploring new models for incubating public health talents in China, who will more effectively advance the economic and social developments and health services of the country.
