摘　　要：目的了解天津市藏族学生结核病防治知识知晓情况及信息获取途径,为有针对性的开展藏族学生结核病健康教育提供依据。方法选取天津市红光中学全部537名藏族学生作为调查对象,采用统一设计的问卷进行现场调查,分析其结核病防治知识知晓率。结果调查对象结核病防治核心信息总知晓率为52.4%,全部知晓率为5.0%。其中男生、女生之间,初中生、高中生之间的核心信息总知晓率和全部知晓率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。获取信息的主要来源为学校(64.4%)、电视(43.8%)、与同学聊天(36.8%)。调查对象对知识获取途径的喜好以电视(45.6%)、医务人员宣传(33.1%)、主题班会(31.1%)的选择率居高。结论天津市藏族学生结核病防治知识知晓率较低,今后要根据藏族学生的实际情况充分利用电视、医务人员宣传、主题班会等方式进行宣传,以提高藏族学生结核病防治知识水平。Objective The study was conducted in order to survey the awareness status of tuberculosis knowledge among Tibetan studnets, and to explore their approaches to obtain conresponding information, so as to provide scientific basis for further TB health promotion. Methods A total of 537 Tibetan students in Tianjin Hongguang school were asked to fulfill the special questionnaires, and the related awareness rate of tuberculosis was analyzed. Results The total awareness rate of the core information within survey respondents was 52.4%, among all the respondents 5.0% knew all of the core information. The awareness rate was not significantly different between male and female or between junior school students and senior high school student （P〉0.05）. The main approaches for obtaining the corresponding information about tuberculosis were school education （64.4%）, television programs （43.8%）, and communication with other students （36.8%）. The main preferred way to acquire corresponding information was television programs （45.6%）, suggestions from doctors （33.1%）, and class meetings （31.1%）. Conclusion The awareness rate of the core information a- mong Tibetan students was low. In order to improve the level of tuberculosis knowledge in Tibetan students, we should adopt the health educational approaches and utilize materials which are suitable for Tibetan students, such as televisions programs, sugges- tions from doctors, and class meetings.
