摘 要:目的探讨玛卡粉作为保健食品对增强小鼠免疫力和缓解体力疲劳的作用。方法分别以250、500、1000mg/kgBW剂量玛卡粉连续灌胃小鼠30 d后,通过脾淋巴细胞转化、迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞、血清溶血素、碳廓清、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞、NK细胞活性等7项试验评价其增强免疫力功能;通过负重游泳试验、肝糖原、血清尿素氮和血乳酸测定评价其抗疲劳功能。结果在本实验条件下,玛卡粉能促进小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增值、转化作用,促进小鼠迟发型变态反应,提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平,促进小鼠单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清作用和吞噬能力,对小鼠NK细胞活性无明显影响;玛卡粉还能延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,增加小鼠的肝糖原的储备量,减少小鼠运动后的血乳酸量,对疲劳小鼠的血清尿素氮无明显影响。结论玛卡粉可以增强小鼠的免疫力和抗疲劳能力。Objective The study was aimed to explore the effect of Maca powder on enhancing immunity and reducing fatigue in mice. Methods Maca powder was consistently and orally given to mice at doses of 250, 500, 1000 mg/kg BW for 30 days. Subse- quently, seven immune function indexes were measured to evaluate the effect on immunity enhancement. The anti-fatigue effect of Maca powder was assessed by burdened swimming test, after which the levels of hepatic glycogen, serum lactic acid, and nitrogen in serum urea were monitored. Results Under the experimental conditions, Maca powder was capable of stimulating multiplication and transformation of mice's spleen lymphocytes, promoting delayed hypersensitivity, increasing the quantity of antibody-producing cells, enhancing the level of serum hemolysin, supporting the expurgation effect and the phagocytic function of monocyte/ macrophage. Maca powder had no significant effect on the activity of natural killer cells. Maca powder can prolong the time of bur- dened swimming for rats, increase the hepatic glycogen reserve and decrease the lactic acid after burdened swimming. No significant effect on urea nitrogen was observed in exhausted mice. Conclusion It is suggested that Maca powder could enhance mice's immu- nity and provide anti-fatigue effect.
