摘 要:目的了解青海省蚤类自然状态下巴尔通体、鼠疫菌感染状况。方法结合青海省鼠疫监测工作,对格尔木、同德、祁连等县(市)获得的啮齿动物宿主体表寄生蚤类,用PCR方法检测巴尔通体、鼠疫菌的自然感染率。结果 141只蚤类样本中,检测出巴尔通体目标条带的有18只,总感染率为12.77%,其中朝鲜叉蚤和刷状同瘴蚤指名亚种为100.00%,哗倍蚤指名亚种和端圆盖蚤为50.00%,斧形盖蚤为36.36%,青海双蚤为14.29%,红羊新蚤为11.11%,似方双蚤指名亚种为5.56%;同时用PCR方法未检测出鼠疫菌目标条带。结论青海省啮齿动物宿主体表寄生蚤类在自然状态下可感染巴尔通体,提示有必要对该省巴尔通体感染、流行及对人的致病性进行系统的调查和研究。Objective The study was aimed to investigate the status of Bartonella and Yersinia pestis infection in part of Qinghai province. Methods Fleas were collected the body of rodent hosts in Geermu, Ongde, Qiliang. The infection rates of Bartonella and Yersinia pestis were subsequently examined by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Results There were 18 targeted electrophoretic bands representing Bartonella from 141 flea samples. The general infection rate was 12.77%, the rate for Doratopsylla coreana and Ama!araeus penicilliger was 100%, the rate for Amphalius clarus and Callopsylla kozlovi was 50%, the rate for Callopsylla dolabris was 36.36%, the rate for Amphipsflla qinghaiensis was 14.29%, the rate for Neopsylla hongyangensis was 11.11%, the rate for Amphipsylla quadratoides was 5.56%. Meanwhile there was no targeted electrophoretic band representing Yersinia pestis from 141 flea samples. Conclusion Bartonella infection exists in rodent hosts under the normal condition in Qinghai, suggesting that it is necessary to systematically investigate and study BartoneUa infection, prevalence, pathogenicity in Qinghai.
