摘 要:目的掌握无锡市公共场所卫生质量,找出公共场所存在的主要卫生问题,有针对性开展卫生监测。方法依据《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》,对全市131家公共场所进行经常性卫生监测。结果空气监测131家,检测样品总合格率为97.61%。旅店业、文化娱乐场所、公共浴室、理发店/美容店、体育馆(图书馆/博物馆/美术馆/展览馆)、商场(店)/书店、医院候诊室、公共交通等候室检测样品合格率分别为99.33%、100.00%、40.00%、98.76%、100.00%、11.11%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%。各检测项目合格率,温度68.12%、相对湿度74.62%、一氧化碳99.90%、二氧化碳98.66%、甲醛100.00%、照度99.24%、风速98.61%、可吸入颗粒物(PM10)92.50%、噪声76.43%、空气细菌总数99.52%。公共用品监测21家,样品合格率为100.00%。游泳池水监测9家,样品合格率为83.62%,各检测指标合格率为细菌总数95.56%、大肠菌群100.00%、浑浊度100.00%、pH值97.78%、尿素76.67%、游离性余氯34.44%。结论无锡市公共场所卫生状况良好,室内噪声、浴室CO2、游泳池水尿素和余氯是下年度监测工作的重点,仍需强化公共场所的经常性和定期性卫生监督监测工作。Objective The study was designed to grasp the health quality of public places in Wuxi, identify major health problems in public places, and provide targets for health monitoring. Methods Based on technical specifications for public health monitoring, regular health surveillance was carried out in 131 public places in the city. Results Among the 131 places subjected to air quality monitoring, total pass rate was 97.61%. The pass rates for hotel industry, culture and entertainment centers, public bathhouses, bar- ber shop/beauty shop, stadium (library/museum/art gallery/exhibition), the malls (shops)/bookstore, hospital waiting rooms, public transport waiting rooms were 99.33%, 100.00%, 40.00%, 98.76%, 100.00%, 11.11%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%, respectively. Regarding itemized monitoring, the qualification rate for temperature was 68.12%, for relative humidity was 74.62%, for CO level was 99.90%, for CO2 level was 98.66%, for formaldehyde level was 100.00%, for illumination was 99.24%, for wind speed was 98.61%, for inhaled particle matter (PM10) level was 92.50%, for noise level was 76.43%, and for total airborne bacteria number was 99.52%, respectively. Among the 21 places subjected to public supplies monitoring, total pass rate was 100.00%. Among the 9 places subjected to swimming pool water monitoring, total pass rate was 83.62%. Regarding the itemized indicators, the pass rate for total number of bacteria was 95.56%, for coliform level was 100.00%, for turbidity was 100.00%, for pH was 97.78%, for urea was 76.67%, and for the free residual chlorine was 34.44%, respectively. Conclusion The health quality of public places in Wuxi has improved. Interior noise, bathroom fresh air, urea and residual chlorine in swimming pool water should be the focus of the next an- num monitoring. Continuing supervision and daily preventive inspection should be strengthened in public places.
