摘 要:分别以航空煤油和轻柴油为燃料,对某航改燃气轮机燃油喷嘴的工作特性和雾化质量进行了对比试验研究。结果表明:在供油压力不变时,两种燃料的喷雾锥角与雾化粒径基本一致,但受密度影响,燃料流量有所改变;随着供油压力的增大,两种燃料的雾化粒径减小,当供油压力增大到一定值后,雾化粒径基本不变;主、副油路共同工作时,喷雾锥角和雾化粒径基本与主油路单独工作时的一致。试验结果为该型燃气轮机燃料换烧提供了重要依据。Using aviation kerosene and light diesel as fuel, comparative test of fuel nozzle for an aeroderiva-tive gas turbine in operating characteristics and atomization quality was completed. Keeping the pressure of oil constant, the two types of fuel were almost the same in spray cone angle and droplet size. But affected by the density of the fuel, the flow rate changed. The two types of fuel droplet size decreased as the pressure of oil increased. When the supply pressure increased to a certain value, the droplet size didn’t change. When the main oil line and the secondary oil line worked together, the spray angle and droplet size were the same as that of the main oil line working alone. The test results provide an important basis to the gas turbine fuel change.
