摘　　要：当前和今后一段时期,我校党建思想政治工作,必须全面深入学习贯彻党的十八大、十八届三中全会精神和全国宣传思想工作精神,紧紧围绕学校中心工作,服务学校改革发展大局,认真总结取得的成绩和经验,深刻把握面临的新形势和新任务,积极探索加强和改进党建思想政治工作的新途径和新方法,以改革创新精神切实推进党建思想政治工作,为学校实现"强本申硕创建综合大学"的目标提供精神动力和思想保证。At present and in the future, the Party and ideological construction at Qujing Normal University must focus on the spirit of the report at 18th Party Congress and the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and center on the key issues of the University to serve the reform at the Uni- versity. The construction can be promoted on the basis of the previous achievements and experiences, by the analysis of the new situation and tasks and by the exploration of the new methods. Therefore, the University＇s goal of ＂strengthening the undergraduate education, applying for admission to postgraduate education and constructing integrative university ＂ can be achieved with the spirit of reforming and innovation,
