摘  要:目的 研究 IL- 1β(人重组白介素 - 1)复合酵母 RNA对小鼠受 γ射线外照射后外周血、肝、脾谷胱甘肽 (GSH)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的影响 ,探讨药物治疗辐射损伤机制 .方法 雌性小鼠 2 5只 ,随机分为 5组 ,115 0 c Gy腹部照射后 1h,2 4h分别给予后肢 im IL - 1β,酵母 RNA,IL - 1β复合酵母 RNA,于照后 6 d,取外周血、肝脏和脾脏测 SOD,GSH活性 .结果 照射后外周血、肝、脾 SOD,GSH活性下降 .使用 IL - 1β,酵母 RNA,IL - 1β复合酵母 RNA后照射组外周血、肝、脾 SOD,GSH活性升高 ,且肝、脾的 SOD,GSH活性与照射对照组之间有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,复合组肝脾SOD,GSH活性明显高于照射对照组具有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,高于照射单独给药组 .外周血各照射组之间无显著差异 .结论  IL- 1β复合酵母 RNA升高 γ射线外照射对肝、脾谷胱甘肽 (GSH) ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,复合用药可以对抗射线引起机体产生的损伤作用 .结果表明 :照后复合应用 IL - 1β,酵母 RNA可通过提高清除自由基 。AIM To study mechanism of IL 1β with yeastRNA to protect against irradiation. METHODS Twenty five BALB/c female mice were abdominal irradiated with 1150 cGy, and divided into five groups at random: Control (-), control (+), IL 1β, yeast RNA and combining IL 1β with yeast RNA. IL 1β, yeast RNA, IL 1β and yeast RNA were injected intramuscularly into mice 1 or 24 h after 1150 cGy abdominal γ irradiation. The activity of glutathione and superoxide dismutase were measured in different tissues of mice on d 6 after irradiation. RESULTS Activity of glutathione and superoxide dismutase decreased in tissue after irradiation. The superoxide dismutase and glutathione activity increased in liver and spleen if the mice were treated by IL 1β, yeast RNA after irradiation ( P <0.05). In addition, the superoxide dismutase and glutathione activity increased if the mice were treated by combining IL 1β with yeast RNA after irradiation ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION Combining IL 1β with yeast RNA can scavenge free radicals induced by irradiation.
