摘　　要：私贩是赣南百姓以牟利为目的进行的一般商业活动,但这种商业活动违反了宋代的专卖体制和榷禁政策,在当时属违法行为。宋代,赣南私贩活跃,虽然它影响了朝廷的财政收入、危害了赣闽粤等地的社会稳定,但对赣南社会经济的发展却有积极作用。私贩不仅可以满足百姓生活所需和增加家庭收入,而且有利于促进赣南农村墟市的兴旺。Trafficking is a commercial activity for the Gannan people to take profits as purpose. However, traffic-king is illegal in Song Dynasty, which violated the monopoly systems. In the Song Dynasty, trafficking is quite lively. Although trafficking affects the court＇ s fiscal revenue and endangers the social stability among the Gan, Min and Yue areas, it has a positive effect upon the development of the Gannan social economy. It not only increa- ses the family income and suffices the daily living expenses for the local people, but also promotes the village mar-kets in Gannan area.
