摘　　要：网络组织作为一种重要的产业组织形态,已经越来越显著地影响着社会的分工水平,而社会的分工水平又决定着社会经济的发达程度,因此研究网络组织的经济效应和经济机理,打开网络组织的"黑箱",对于我国的经济建设和改革有着非常重要的现实意义。文章在介绍网络组织理论的基础上,应用新兴古典经济学的分工理论,研究了网络组织对分工水平的影响,并用图示法分析再现了这一过程。As an important kind of the industrial organization ,the network organization has increasingly significant impact on the level of social division of labor .The level of social division of labor also deter-mines the developed degree of social economy .Thus the attempt to find out network organization’s eco-nomic effects and economic mechanism and to open the “black-box”will be very important practical signifi-cance to China’s economic development and economic reform .On the basis of the introduction of network organization theory ,the article takes the theory of new classical economics to make research on the impacts of network organization on the level of labor division ,the article further utilizes graphic method to repro-duce the process and gets conclusions in final .
