结肠粘膜糜烂的双对比检查(附21例分析)

摘　　要：目的报道 2 1例结肠粘膜糜烂的双对比检查方法 ,X线表现及病因分析。方法对有粘液血便等症状的 2 1例病人进行结肠双对比检查。检查前 2天病人进低或无渣饮食 ,检查前 1天晚上给病人服 1～ 3g番泻叶茶水 ,检查当天早上 7点给病人清洁洗肠 ,用 10 0 % (W/V)上海马陆产Ⅱ型双对比硫酸钡 5 0～ 15 0Ml和空气进行结肠双对比检查和摄片。结果结肠粘膜糜烂的双对比X线表现为痘疮样糜烂、息肉样低密度区或充盈缺损 ,片状糜烂和结肠轮廓线的局限性凹陷或毛刺状钡影四种类型。 2 0例有结肠镜或手术结果和病理结果 ,1例仅结肠镜检查。结论结肠双对比检查能有效地显示结肠粘膜糜烂 ,X线表现与结肠镜所见基本一致。Objective To present the Double Contrast Examination(DCE) and the X-ray findings of conolic mucora erosion in 21 cases,and analyse the possible reasons.Methods 21 cases were asked to have low fiberous foods two days before examination,drink the Fanxieye tea one day before examination and receive the clear coloclysis about two hours before examination.The patients were routinely examined with the standard double contrast,which the barium suspension of 100%(W/V) density and air was used in,and the films were taken in different colon segments.Results Multiple mucora erosions are found in all 21 cases,with diffuse spread in carious parts of colon.With reference to the gastric mucora erosion,the X-ray findings of conolic mucora erosion are divided into 4 types:aphthoid,polypoid,small piece erosions and their profiles. Conclusion DCE is an effective tool to show the small mucora erosions of colon.The X-ray findings keep a good community with the fiberous endoscopy.
