摘　　要：为推进产业结构升级,加快经济增长方式转变,实现经济社会的可持续发展,世界各国纷纷选择培育发展其战略性新兴产业。为此,我们应对世界主要经济体战略性新兴产业的发展给予高度关注,在战略性新兴产业的选择、政策支持体系的构建、科技支撑平台的搭建等方面借鉴其成功经验,实现我市战略性新兴产业的持续健康发展。To upgrade the industrial structure,accelerate the modification of economic growth mode and achieve sustainable development,strategically new industries have been chosen by many countries for the sustainable development of their economy and society. Therefore great attention should be paid to this kind of development of the world major economic groups and their successful experience should be taken for reference in our decision on strategically new industries,the construction of favorable political system as well as the building of a scientific and technological supporting platform to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the strategically new industries in Tianjin.
