摘  要:目的:建立HPLC—ELSD测定益母草颗粒中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法(HPLC—ELSD),色谱柱为丙基酰胺键合硅胶柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸(65:35),流速为0.5mL·min^-1,柱温为30℃,载气流速为2.5L·min^-1,漂移管温度为105℃。结果:盐酸水苏碱的线性范围为0.496~4.960μg/mL(r=0.9995,n=6),平均回收率为101.2%(RSD:0.8%,n=9),系统精密度为1.7%。结论:该方法重现性好、灵敏、准确,可作为益母草颗粒的质量控制方法。Objective:To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride content in Leonuri Granule. Methods:The propyl amide bonded silica gel column chromatography column (250 ram x 4.6 mm, 5 microns) was adopted, The column temperature is 30 ℃, The mobile phase of acetonitrile to 0.2% glacial acetic acid (65:35), flow rate of 0.5 mL . min^-1 , carrier gas flow rate of 2.5 L . min^-1 , drift tube temperature is 105 ~C. Results : The linear range of stachydrine hydrochloride was 0. 496 - 4. 960 ? g, ( r = 0.9995, n = 6). The average recovery was 101.2 % (RSD = 0.8 %, n = 9 ). The system precision is 1. 7 %. Conclusion: The HPLC ELSD method is good repeatability, sensitive, and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Leonuri Granule.
