摘 要:近红外光谱分析技术自20世纪90年代以来发展迅速,在药学领域有着广泛的应用。参考近年来国内外文献,概述近红外光谱技术的特点及应用,提出了利用近红外光谱技术进行中药提取浓缩在线检测的可行性,为近红外技术在中药提取浓缩在线控制中的应用和发展提供参考依据。随着近红外光谱分析技术及相关理论的发展,加之近红外光谱分析技术具有分析速度快、无需试剂、不破坏样品和在线测定的优势,其将在中药领域具有较好的应用前景。Near Infrared Spectroscopy has developed rapidly since the 1990s , and this technology has a wide range of applications in the field of pharmacy.
