综合康复训练在脑卒中后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复训练在脑卒中后患者中的应用。方法以该院2011年1月—2013年1月间收治的80例脑卒中后患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均积极治疗卒中并行相应护理,观察组患者在此基础上增加综合康复训练项目,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、心理症状水平和生活质量之间的差异。结果观察组患者临床治疗水平高和生活质量高于对照组,心理症状水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复训练可以在脑卒中后患者康复过程中起到积极作用,其可提高脑卒中临床治疗效果、降低患者心理症状水平、改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the application of comprehensive rehabilitation training in post-stroke patients. Methods 80 post-stroke patients admitted in our hospital from January, 2011 to January, 2013 were selected as the subjects and they were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group. All the patients were given positive treatment and related nursing. In addi- tion, the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training projects. The clinical effect, psychological symptoms and life quality were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect and life quality of the observation group were better than those of the control group, while psychological symptoms were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statis- tical significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training plays an active role in the rehabilitation process of post- stroke patients, which can improve the clinical effect and life quality and reduce the psychological symptoms of the patients.
