以家庭为中心的护理模式在小儿隐匿阴茎显露术围手术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理模式在小儿隐匿阴茎显露术围手术期中的应用。方法以该院收治的隐匿阴茎患儿30例及其主要照顾家属为研究对象,随机将研究对象分为观察组与对照组,所有患儿均采用相同的手术方法,对照组在此期间行基础护理,观察组患者在此期间行以家庭为中心的护理方法。比较两组患儿及其家属的术前应激水平和术后的生活质量。结果观察组患儿术前应激水平低于对照组,患儿家属心理症状轻于对照组,术后患儿生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的护理模式对于小儿隐匿阴茎显露术围手术期护理有积极意义,其可以降低患儿和家属的应激水平,提高临床治疗和护理的效果。Objective To investigate the application of home nursing in the perioperative period of buried penis show operation in the children. Methods 30 children with buried penis admitted in our hospital from January, 2008 to July, 2013 and their main family caregivers were selected as the subjects. And they were divided into the observation group and the control group. All the patients were used the buried penis show operation. The conventional nursing was used in the control group and the home nursing was used in the observation group. The stress level of the children and their family caregivers before the operation and the life quality of them after the operation were compared between the two groups. Results Before the operation, the stress level of the children in the observation group was lower than that of the children in the control group, the psychological symptoms of the family caregivers were milder than those of the ones in the control group, and after the operation, the life quality of the children was bet- ter than that of the children in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can get a satisfaction effect to use home nursing in the perioperative period of buried penis show operation in the children, with the less stress level of children and the psychological symptoms of their parents and higher level of life quality.
